Wrap w guacamole

2 tbsp

Sandhurst Jalapeno Relish

1 serving

Pulled Pork

1 serving

Sandhurst Corn Kernals

1 serving

Sandhurst red  kidney beans

1 serving

Sandhurst chargreilled capscicum strips
         
Prepare in FOUR Simple Steps:
1. Spread the guacamole and some sour cream along the middle of the wrap.

2. Mix sweet corn, red beans, capsicum and half of the pulled pork in a bowl.

3. Place the mix on top of the guacamole, then the jalapeno relish, finishing off with the leftover
pulled pork.

4. Fold the wrap the way you like – can serve fresh or slightly toasted.

Finish off with a side salad and crisps.
